Notes

Slow-bolting leaf coriander. Let plants run to seed: the round seed is the spice. Cut heads when half are brown.

Saving seed · Easy

Self-pollinating annual. Seed ripens the same season. Keep 3 m from other varieties of the same plant.

  1. Mark two or three healthy plants early.
  2. Leave the fruit, pod or head to ripen fully on the plant.
