Orfèvre Lys came to us with a clear product and a loose image. The work was to close that gap. We started with the people who use it every day, wrote down what they already said about it, and built the identity from those words. Silver, weighed by hand. A line that holds on a poster and on a receipt.

Position

Not the largest in its field. The clearest. Three audiences, one promise, written in fewer than ten words. Every decision after that was checked against the same sentence. If it did not serve the promise, it went.

System

Two typefaces, four colours, one grid that scales from a ticket to a facade. The system is built to be read from across the street and up close. Signage, packaging and screens share the same rules, so a cap and a shopfront do the same job. Nothing is decorative. Each element carries a piece of information.

We documented the system in a forty-page guide and trained the in-house team in two sessions. Since launch, most new material has been produced without us. That was the goal.
