The house
One room, four sets, two people.
HALIDE started in 2016 with the Verrin set and a projector bought at auction. The room has not moved since.
Why only lenses
A lens that is checked properly takes about forty minutes between jobs. Multiply that by a full camera package and the checking stops happening. So we kept the list short.
Everything is on the projector before it leaves and again when it comes back. If something moved while it was out, we would rather find it than have you find it.
Who
Rosa Imrie runs the bench and does the collimation. Sam Oyelaran handles bookings, the van, and the part where somebody has to say no to a date that is already taken.
Between them they have been doing this for twenty-two years, most of it for other people.
