1. Agreement
These terms govern use of the fictional service shown in this study. Using the site means you accept them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials and what runs under them. Tell us about unauthorised use at once.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, attack other systems, mine currency or run workloads that harm people.
- No scanning or attacks on third parties
- No malware hosting
- No attempts to break isolation between tenants
4. Billing
Usage is billed per second at the prices on the pricing page. Plan fees are billed monthly in advance.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your code, models and data. You give us the rights needed to run them for you.
6. Availability
We target 99.99% uptime. Service credits for missed targets are described in the service level terms.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, or at once for security risks.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will give 30 days notice for material changes.
