Design lead consultant for Quayside Holdings, shaping digital services across 18 shopping centres in Northern Europe for more than 400 retail tenants. Led the design of one e-commerce platform with same-day delivery in three cities, alongside a new visual identity and content direction for the flagship West Quay Arcade.
