After the ready text, a finished bike waits 14 days for free. Then £3 a day.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. We fit them at the labour price and check they suit the bike first. We do not warranty parts we did not supply.

How long do you keep a finished bike?

14 days free from the day we text you. After that it is £3 a day, because the arch holds 40 bikes and no more.

Do you give a price before starting?

Yes. If the job will cost more than the quote by £15 or more, we text you and wait for a yes.

Is there a warranty on the work?

Labour is covered for 30 days or 300 km. Bring the bike back and we put right anything we set up.

Do you work on e-bikes?

Yes, with the e-bike check or any priced job. We do not open battery packs or motors.

Can I wait while you do it?

For jobs under 30 minutes, yes, if a stand is free. Ask at the counter. Puncture repairs are the usual ones.

Do you sell bikes?

No. We sell parts, tyres and tubes, and fit them.

How do I pay?

Card or bank transfer when you collect. No deposit for services. Wheel builds need the parts paid for up front.

Can I book a time rather than a day?

No. Drop the bike off any time that day before 10:00. We work through the stands in order.
