Kerfmoor Timber Yard, Sallowby and the River Sall do not exist. This is a web design exercise.

Figures

Density, Janka hardness, movement coefficients and EN 350 durability classes are typical values from published timber tables, rounded. Real boards vary with growth, cut and drying. Stock, prices, kiln loads and slots are made up and fixed to Friday 9 October 2026, 08:30 BST.

Strip colours

Each species strip is a flat swatch of its heartwood, nudged so the label clears 4.5:1 contrast. Strip width is that species' stock in cubic metres.
