Clubs and associations run on volunteers. Tesselo’s founders had spent years on club boards and knew the routine: renewals in one spreadsheet, payments in another, attendance on paper.
They needed a product that a treasurer could learn in one evening.
What we did
From scattered sheets to one dashboard.
We designed and developed Tesselo as a web application with three modules: members, payments and events. Renewals run on a schedule, payment links go out by email, and attendance is checked in from a phone at the door.
