Hollin Yard develops mixed-use buildings on former industrial sites. Identity, sales website and a floor-plan viewer for three schemes, 412 units in total.
Art direction
Two years after it was founded, the company needed one system for brochures, hoardings and the website. We started from the site plans and their line weights.
Visual identity
The wordmark is drawn on the same 8 mm grid as the plans. Unit numbers, floor areas and orientation use the mono face at one size.
Interaction design
Floors open on click, units highlight on hover and the plan keeps its scale while filters change. No motion runs longer than 300 ms.
