Our Spokane studio sits in a former printing plant downtown; Boise works from two floors on 9th Street. Both studios keep pin-up walls, a model shop and a shared kitchen. Friday reviews are open to everyone, and junior staff present their own work.

We set aside time each month for site visits, lunch talks and material demos. New staff are paired with a mentor for their first year, and licensure exam fees are covered. Most of our principals started here as designers.
