Rooms for daily use

KMRV Interiors plans lobbies, amenity rooms, offices and units in the same model as the building around them.

Our interior designers sit with the architecture team from schematic design. Furniture, finishes and lighting are drawn in the shared model, so ceiling heights, outlets and millwork line up before bidding. Clients review one set of drawings instead of two.

We work on multifamily amenity spaces, student commons, senior dining rooms and tenant offices. Material palettes are tested against cleaning schedules, sun exposure and replacement cost, and every specification is checked against the budget at each phase.

Interior Design Expertise

Multifamily amenity rooms: Lobbies, clubrooms, fitness and leasing offices planned for daily use and resident events.

Campus interiors: Study rooms, commons and dining planned around class schedules and student routines.

Senior living interiors: Lighting, seating and finishes chosen for comfort, grip and easy cleaning.

Affordable housing interiors: Durable units and common rooms within fixed cost caps.

Office interiors: Workplaces planned against headcount, meeting demand and lease terms.

Hospitality spaces: Clubrooms, roof decks and co-working rooms that support leasing.

Integrated, transparent, measured

The KMRV Interiors Approach

One model: Interiors and architecture share a single building model, so walls, ceilings and outlets line up.

No furniture markup: We do not resell furniture. Specifications are chosen for fit and cost, not margin.

Healthy materials: Low-emission finishes and daylight targets set in the first workshop.

Market data: Amenity programs benchmarked against competing buildings.

One schedule: Interior milestones follow the architecture schedule instead of a separate track.

Full service: From concept to furniture installation under one contract.
