Buildings for campus life
Classrooms, labs and student centers planned around how faculty teach and how students spend the hours between classes.
KMRV has worked with community colleges and state universities for more than two decades. Projects range from single-floor lab renovations to new academic buildings with lecture halls, maker spaces and tutoring centers.
Campus work runs on bond schedules and academic calendars. We phase construction around terms, keep occupied buildings open, and plan systems that facilities staff can maintain with existing crews.
