Body Repair Centre
KVR is an approved Vallour Body Repair Centre, one of nine sites in Australia. The approval, issued by Vallour Automobile AG after a two-day audit, covers structural repair, refinishing and the calibration of driver-assist sensors. From factory-issued jigs to technicians who sit the manufacturer exam every two years, each step of the repair follows the factory manual, so your Vallour leaves our floor at the dimensions it left the line.
KVR repairs twelve marques under manufacturer approval.
KVR handles the whole repair for owners of prestige and performance cars, from the first call after an incident to the hand-back in our delivery bay. Small paint chips and full structural rebuilds go through the same process: a written estimate, factory repair data, measured jig work and a final inspection signed by two technicians. Our workshops run forty-two bays, two downdraft paint booths and a sealed aluminium room, and insurers, dealers and private owners have sent us cars since 1991, so most of our work still comes from the same names.
