Repair to specification
Thirty-five years of repairs for owners who notice a 2 mm panel gap.

What we repair
KVR repairs and refinishes prestige and performance cars only. From hand-built grand tourers to the track-focused models of larger European makers, we work from factory repair data, brand-specific tooling and technicians certified for each marque. The marques listed on this page are the ones we hold current approval and training for, and the ones our insurers send to us by name.
Services
Collision repairs carried out to the manufacturer repair manual and the insurer’s scope. Every repair uses approved tooling, bonding and rivet systems, and is measured on the jig before and after so the car returns to factory dimensions.
We run the insurance claim for you — lodgement, assessor visit, supplementary quotes and repair approval. Twenty-two insurers send work to our two sites, so the paperwork moves without you chasing it between phone calls.
For owners who prefer not to claim, KVR quotes cosmetic work, panel correction and paint refinishing directly. Private jobs go through the same estimate, jig check and two-signature inspection as insurer and manufacturer work, and carry the same lifetime workmanship warranty on every panel we touch.
Our detailing bay offers exterior packages for new and repaired cars. Paint correction runs in two or three stages under daylight-balanced lamps, followed by a final wipe and a gloss reading. For long-term protection we apply ceramic coatings in-house and fit paint protection film through one licensed installer we have worked with since 2014.
KVR collects and returns cars across Greater Sydney by arrangement. If the car is not safe to drive after an incident, our enclosed carrier picks it up from your home, office or dealer, and the same driver brings it back when the work is signed off.
Eligible clients receive a late-model courtesy car from our own fleet of fourteen while their car is in the workshop. Cars are matched to the class of the vehicle under repair and swapped at our delivery bay on drop-off and collection.

Approved by the manufacturer for each one.

Measured twice, signed once
Lifetime workmanship warranty on every repair. Genuine parts only.
How we work
The KVR method
Both workshops run manufacturer-approved tooling and diagnostic systems — a sealed aluminium bay, two electronic measuring jigs, a sensor calibration room and downdraft paint booths. Each item is chosen to meet a published factory standard, so the repair method matches what the manufacturer asks for.
Every repair carried out by KVR comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the car. If a panel, seam or paint finish we worked on fails, we fix it at our cost, at either site, without an insurer in between.
Our technicians complete manufacturer and refinish-system training every year, logged against each person’s certification record. A technician only works on a marque once they hold the current certificate for that brand, its materials and its repair procedures.
Every KVR repair follows the same written sequence, from claim lodgement to final hand-back. Photos, approvals and supplementary quotes are logged in one job file, and you receive a short update by text at each stage, including the date the car is ready.
