Vallour Approved
KVR is an approved Vallour Body Repair Centre — one of nine sites in Australia audited by Vallour Automobile AG.
Approval
The approval confirms that we follow the brand’s global body repair standard, including approved structural methods, factory-specified tooling and authorised materials.
Protocol
Every Vallour repair is carried out by technicians trained through the brand’s certification program, with each stage photographed and filed in line with brand protocol.
Commitment
The approval is renewed every two years and covers the structure, safety systems, finish and resale value of each car we return.
Velacor — Refinish Partner
& Training Site
KVR runs a Velacor partner workshop and hosts the brand’s Sydney training days for refinish technicians from other shops.
Paint system
We use the Velacor 90 waterborne system across both sites, matched to factory colour codes with a spectrophotometer and checked against the panel in daylight-balanced light before clear coat.
Commitment
The partnership covers more than product supply — it sets shared targets for colour accuracy, booth energy use and solvent waste, reported to Velacor each quarter.
Training
Four times a year our Rosebery studio hosts Velacor refinish courses, taught by our senior painters and the brand’s technical team.
